Returns & Refunds.
- At this time, Zerlin does not offer returns or refunds for purchases. We encourage customers to carefully review product description, size guides, and measurements before completing their order. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to assist you before your purchase.
Exchange.
- If your item doesn't fit as expected, we're happy to offer a size exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In it's original condition with all original tags attached.
- Free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll gladly help you choose another available size or item.
Sales items.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number a d clear photos. We'll review your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
